First Franchise Convoy in Saudi Arabia Is Coming Soon!

For the first time in Saudi Arabia, a franchise convoy is taking place, starting from Al-Qassim, the caravan will tour different regions and cities of the Kingdom to market several brands and pave the way for expanding their franchises nationally and internationally. This convoy is an innovative initiative organized by the Arab World for Exhibitions and Conferences (FranArabExpo) in collaboration with the Social Development Bank.

Franchise Convoy Objectives

The idea behind this initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which includes enhancing trade exchange between different regions of the Kingdom and creating opportunities for entrepreneurship and the growth of franchise businesses for local and international brands across the Kingdom to increase employment opportunities and contribute to the development of various parts of Saudi Arabia.

Franchise Convoy objectives include the following:

• Spread awareness about franchising and highlight the systems and procedures adopted by relevant authorities in this context.
• Display brands and market them and provide more employment opportunities through franchising.
• Help improve less-developed regions by increasing trade exchange between different cities of the Kingdom.
• Hold workshops and lectures to educate investors and franchisees about franchising to encourage those seeking franchise opportunities and support current franchisors.

Franchise Convoy in a Nutshell

This comprehensive national march covers various franchising sectors that can contribute to creating diverse employment opportunities and fueling entrepreneurship in targeted areas. The caravan targets the following sectors: government entities, chambers of commerce, banks, and financial institutions, the education and training industry, consulting services sector, the health and pharmaceutical sector, fashion and beauty sector, in addition to the telecommunications, entertainment, and tourism sectors, restaurants and cafes, retail and others.

Franchisees, current franchisors, and interested individuals can find suitable opportunities in this caravan, which will visit several regions and cities such as Al-Ahsa, Hail, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, Dammam, Jeddah, Jizan, Najran, Khamis Mushait, Wadi Al-Dawasir, and Al-Kharj.
